Instructions:
Sorry, only the types of exercise listed below can qualify as a bonus submission for the drawing on Wednesday, June 8, 2005. Click on the types of exercise you engaged in for the dates listed above. Click on the total amount of time accrued for the week, but only for the types of exercise selected. To qualify, you must have exercised in two or more of the major categories 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the exercises listed only, and the total must be at least 3 hours for the week.
